Chocolate and dieting

Wouldn't it be great to be able to loose weight and still eat chocolate?  Well there is a way!  Now we all know that there is no magic pill that you can take, you have to be committed to a life style change and that includes what you eat and how you exercise.  But what if eating chocolate could help you cut the cravings?
Not just any old chocolate though, we are learning more and more about the benefits of dark chocolate.  The problem with commercial chocolate is the processing it goes through before it gets to you.  It gets packed full of processed sugars, wax fillers and a lot of other junk....yuck!  That is what makes it bad for you, unprocessed chocolate is actually a super food, that is high in antioxidents, which combats the free radicals floatin around in our bodies waiting to attached to cells and reek havoc on our systems!  The Healthy dark chocolate is also full of epicatechins ......epi what?  Epicatechins can potentially reduce the risk of the "big four" health problems which are stroke, heart failure cancer and type 2 diabetes.
So how does this help with weight loss?  Well, eating the Healthy dark chocolate before a meal may actually make you feel full, thus you will eat less during your meal.  It also may help with those cravings that can hit you through out the day!
So enjoy your chocolate, but not just any chocolate, the Healthy chocolate - Xocai.
Xocai chocolate contains no processed sugars, fillers or waxes!!  It is sweetened naturally, and has the combination of the Acai berry and blueberries....hello....SUPER FOODS!!! Which makes it SUPER good and SUPER tasty!!
